You can use enchantments just fine since a B/P team will mow through enemies pretty quickly. However, using enchantments is a bit of a waste of time--since your B/P team will mow through enemies pretty quickly. With the majority of B/Ps playing R/Rts, there's not as much worry of your R/Mos getting stripped in a tight spot. However, your main job is just to heal.
What this means is that Holy Haste is pretty ideal for here.
Now your bar becomes:
LoD
Dwayna's Kiss
Holy Haste
???
???
???
???
???
Remember to bring a hex remover.

No, no, no, no, no.
B/P in tombs is perhaps the one place where LoD is most definitely NOT the way to go. You've got an entire army of pets and minions and (hopefully) intelligent positioning by your rangers dedicated to minimizing the number of hits that ever land on your team in the first place. Except for the worms, you should not ever be taking any party-wide damage in the first place. If you've got enough people taking hits at once that LoD picks up any efficiency at all, then your team has already massively failed at the entire point of b/p. A b/p monk should be focused around dealing with one or two grasps that run past your front line and start picking on one or two party members hard.
IMO, you need:- Two or so of the biggest, fastest spot heals you can manage. HBoon + Kiss + E.Light(/Whisper) would be my #1 suggestion. Another option is good old WoH. It worked way back when tombs first came out, and it still works now. If you want a third spot heal, I'd suggest Sig of Rejuv. Also use it as a bar-topper since it's free.
- Heal Party. For worms. Possibly for idiot rangers who stand in meteor showers after failing to interrupt them.
- Cure Hex. Empathy is the absolute bane of barrage rangers and must be removed.
- Rebirth. Hopefully you will never need to use it. But you should be standing a couple paces behind 6 of your party members, and you should expect a good Orders to jump in front of a grasp to save you, which makes you the most likely survivor in a 1-man-standing situation. That makes rebirth worth a slot, IMO.
- You can use focused prot like RoF and Guardian. However, I would only recommend them as "extras" if you've got spare skillslots after making sure you've got really solid spot healing. First, it's shatter bait with horses around. Nothing sucks quite so much as landing a critical prot then watching the target die from the damage when it's shattered. Second, guardian, and the damage-reducers generally (less PS and SB), are largely redundant if the rangers have the sense to bring skills like Whirling and Throw Dirt and kite instead of holding still for 3 sec and using that stupid Troll Ungent.
- PS can be useful, esp in hard mode, esp against e-surge, if you can do a good job of anticipating the targets before the hits land.

You wrote an awful lot of words there to tell people not to bring LoD and instead bring Heal Party. Tombs monking is serious business.
Word of Healing is also a very effective Elite here, though. Of course, any straight-healing works out well:
Word of Healing
Signet of Rejuvination
Dwayna's Kiss
Etherial Light
Healing Touch
Cure Hex
Holy Haste
Rebirth
Of course, it doesn't matter what you bring if your Minion Master is bad.

WoH is ok, but if you are doing hard mode, i would recommend:
Healer's Boon
Ethereal Light
Dwanya's
Heal other
GoLE
Heal Party
Rebirth
Prot Spirit
Basically if someone gets targeted you are going to need big heals. Hopefully your PS won't get shattered, but don't bet on it.
